How to send a takedown notice

Email the notice to mitchellolivia764@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice.” A valid notice should contain all of the following information:

  • Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
  • The exact URL and a description of the material on this website that you claim is infringing and want removed or disabled.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

How notices are reviewed

We review notices for facial validity and completeness. If a notice substantially complies with the DMCA, we may remove or disable access to the identified material and may notify the person who provided it when contact details are available. We may also request missing information before taking action.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may email a counter-notification to mitchellolivia764@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notification.” Include:

  • Your full legal name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • Identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your address, or, if outside the United States, the district in which the website operator may be found, and accepting service of process from the original complainant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringers and misrepresentation

Accounts or contributors that repeatedly infringe copyright may be terminated or permanently blocked where applicable. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
